Introduction

PocketQuick ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal productivity application designed to help users manage reminders, habits, to-do lists, notes, budgets, workout routines, and more. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how information is handled within the app.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

PocketQuick stores all user-created data exclusively on your device using a local database (SQLite). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reminders and notifications
• Habits and tracking data
• To-do lists and items
• Notes
• Budget entries and categories
• Workout routines, exercises, and session history
• Body weight history
• Password entries (stored with encryption via Secure Store)
• Viewing/media tracking entries
• Split bill records
• Random selection configurations
• App preferences and settings (theme, language, PIN)

None of this data is transmitted to our servers or any third party. All data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., sharing a split bill summary via messaging apps).

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
• We do not track your location
• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not have user accounts or registration
• We do not store your data on external servers or the cloud

Device Permissions

PocketQuick requests certain device permissions to provide its features. These permissions are used only for the stated purposes and no data from these permissions is transmitted externally:

Camera	Used in the Split Bills feature to scan receipts via the device camera
Notifications	Used to deliver scheduled reminders, habit notifications, and viewing alerts
Biometric Authentication	Used for optional app lock (PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID) to protect your data
Contacts	Used to facilitate bill splitting by selecting contacts
Storage/Media	Used to save or access images related to notes or receipts
Exact Alarms	Used to ensure notifications are delivered at precise scheduled times

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit the functionality of associated features.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

PocketQuick displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We have configured ads to be non-personalized only (requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly: true), which means:

• Google does not use your personal data to personalize ads
• Ads are served based on contextual information rather than user profiles
• No advertising ID or personal data is shared for ad targeting purposes

Google AdMob may still collect limited technical data (such as device type and IP address) as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Suggestion/Feedback Feature

PocketQuick includes an optional feature to send suggestions or feedback. If you choose to use this feature, the text of your suggestion is sent to the development team via an email relay service. No personal information is attached to the suggestion unless you voluntarily include it in the message text.

Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data on your device:

• Encrypted Storage: Sensitive data such as passwords is stored using the device's Secure Store (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android)
• SQLite Encryption: The local database supports encryption via SQLCipher (on iOS)
• App Lock: Optional PIN and biometric authentication to prevent unauthorized access to the app
• No External Transmission: Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly initiate a share action

Children's Privacy

PocketQuick is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app in a way that concerns you, please contact us.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You control your data. You can delete individual items at any time within the app
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all data stored by PocketQuick
• We have no ability to access, recover, or restore your data since it is not stored on our servers

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: All your data is visible and accessible directly within the app
• Right to Deletion: You can delete any data at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling the app
• Right to Data Portability: You can share your data (e.g., split bill summaries, notes) using the built-in share features
